3 drops Orange
2 drops Grapefruit
This citrus blend is very smooth and refreshing and is
especially helpful after eating a big meal as the essential oils

5 drops Mandarin
2 drops Lavender
1 drop Chamomile
This blend has herbal orange scent and children love
it! One would use this blend at the end of the night to

3 drops Lemon
3 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Ginger
I have included this blend for those who may be feeling
like they have the flu during the holidays. This blend
will lower a fever, halt any chills/sweats and reduce nausea.
Alternatively, if you are dealing with a high
temperature, place one drop of lemon and eucalyptus in one cup
cool water and wet a wash cloth in the mixture. Place on
forehead. Repeat until fever is down to normal (usually
takes ½ hour).
If you are dealing with nausea, add 2-5 drops ginger (2
drops for young children – 5 drops for adults) to 1 tsp.
vegetable oil and rub in a clockwise position on the stomach.
This can be repeated until the nausea has subsided.
Eucalyptus essential oil can raise blood pressure.
Be careful if anyone present has this condition.
